Lawyers From Discovery Communications Teach At Springbrook

This year, A new partnership has been formed between Springbrook and the Discovery Communications Corporation entitled "Corporate Legal Diversity Pipeline Program." This partnership specifically affects the students taking the law class with teacher, Gary Frace.

The goal of this program is to help the students learn more about law related careers and give them a hands-on experience in the field. The program is for all law students, however one of the major goals is to encourage minority students to become lawyers. Lawyers from Discovery will be involved in several ways.

They will teach several classes during the "Civil Law" unit in the second semester.

All law students will have the opportunity to attend a one-day workshop on contracts, negotiation, and mediation.
